New 3-axle LAG tank trailer in stainless execution with ADR and isolation.
For transportation of nitric acid
Tank:
- Tank in straight cylindrical execution, made of stainless chrome nickel steel, cold-rolled plate, 2B matt
- 3 chambers , 1 baffle wall in chamber 1 and 1 baffle wall in chamber 3
- The tank is made for a working pressure of 2,6 bar at a maximum transportation temperature of 50° C
according to the regulations.
- The tank is made for a working pressure of 0,21 vacuum
- The welding seams are smooth on the inside
- The tank is pickled on the inside
- All mounted parts on the outside and under the isolation such as strengthening rings, spacer rings etc.
are made of stainless material
- Thickness of the plate approx. 3 mm
- Diameter approx. 2.100 mm

- Wabco Tasc raising/lowering valve, stainless spring brackets
- 1. axle automatic lift axles controlled via EBS sockets

- ABS/EBS-E system 4S/3M on 2 axles, including RSS
- Aluminium air boiler

- 24 V system, drip-proof EEC execution (9-pin) SAE type socket, SAE-attachments and 15-pin AMP socket
- Aspöck Europoint II with fog- and reversing light, is connected with the SAE-attachment socket,
position lights in front by the tank support
- Orange LED side marker lights with integrated reflex
- Top lighting in the front and in the back
